Dahlias ()

Perhaps the prettiest of the series, 'Sultry Scarlet', has a hot pink center that radiates out to a hot purple. The foliage is also a very dark chocolate bicolor, which makes the flowers pop. The plants are blooming very light and are developing powdery mildew now in July.
